Awesomeness! I am a newbie so I started off with a different chocolate bar from a different supplier whose squares were 100mg, I worked my way up to 6 of the squares but felt nothing so I switched to this chocolate bar. Took 2.5 square = approx 700mg and was feeling pretty good. I tend to get headaches from MM, and I did get a slight headache from this, but it was worth it. It sure helped with my lower back pain though. My next try will be 3 squares or maybe if I feel adventurous I’ll try 4.
